The latest version of tModLoader is 0.11.8.5 and it works with Terraria 1.3.5.3, while support for Terraria 1.4 is in progress. It is officially endorsed by Re-Logic and is available through Steam. tModLoader is a framework and client for creating and loading complex Terraria modifications.
